Does Nguyen Hoang customize customer requirements?

Yes, we do. We are ready to design and manufacture according to customer requirements. All of our products are completed with very high quality followed by ISO 9001 standards and strictly compliance with amfori BSCI Platform.

What is MOQ?

With the order which we don’t have available fabric available, the total quantity for production of the order must equivalent of 100 sets (equivalent to 3,000 USD). For new clients who would like to test their markets, we accept trial minimum order of 1,500 USD.

What is the normal production time for an order?

The normal production time and packaging for most of Nguyen Hoang’s orders are from 10 to 30 days. It depends on customer’s order quantity and their design as well as the available of materials. Obviously, larger orders require more time to process. Please directly contact us for any special requirements.

Goods damaged in transit?

All goods are securely packed and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately from time to time damage does occur in transit. In case your goods show obvious signs of transit damage please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the carton, you must inform Nguyen Hoang within 48 hours. In either case, Nguyen Hoang will arrange replacement garments as soon as possible.

What is the payment term?

We accept Paypal, Western Union and T/T payment.
Customers should pay 50% deposit and and balance payment before shipping.

What is the shipping port and terms?

We normally provide our customers FOB price in USD. Shipping port often is Hai Phong port or Noibai Airport (Vietnam).
